Smell delicious, even before you bake it! Nice light flavor that isn’t too sweet (for my tastes at least).

I bought this for making Taiyaki and they came out perfect. This is the only flour mix ill ever use for it. The flavor was a subtle vanilla and the texture was spot on.

I bought this mix to go with my new taiyaki waffle iron and it’s absolutely delicious. Also, one cup of mix makes up to 5-6 taiyaki. I use red bean for the filling and my kids just love it!

We tried few taiyaki batters. Don't waste your time this is the best flavor. Vanilla flavor is not strong and hardly noticed. Will purchase again.

I used this mix to make regular waffles (not Taiyaki)... this is a 5 Lb of vanilla flavor mix. with simple ingredients, plus this brand "OldSoul" states that these are all natural ingredients with no preservatives, and the way to prepare is the typical way by whisking the waffle mix with water and oil or butter. We have family visiting these days so it was the perfect opportunity to use this big bag, and I must say everyone was pretty pleased, they turned out as I expected with the right amount of vanilla taste. The only thing I would want to see is a different kind of bag or packaging, of course as we typically see most companies use this kind of plastic bag to package powders, but it can be kind of tricky because sometimes there is a tiny hole on the bag, and that is enough to make quite the mess, just something to consider or think about, and I also could not find an expiration date posted on the bag, but I could tell mine was good, looked good and tasted good, so I am not concerned about that, just wanted to mention it. Overall a great product that feeds plenty at home, ideal for visitors, and of course for business.

Our family made these snacks with sweet bean paste inside in the same of a fish and everything turned out perfectly. Will definitely order again soon.
