too difficult
very nice book just not able to do the routines in it...geared for seniors but I can not perform the exercises . the levels are way too difficult.. so sorry because I was hoping to improve my health

learning yoga simply
This book gives very simple and precise instructions into the art of yoga. Very easy to follow and there are different levels, so you can find what is comfortable for you. I found it extremely helpful. There are so many different positions so you can choose the ones that best fit your own need. I have been a yoga fan and participant for many years and this book introduced many new positions. I would recommend it to anyone interested in learning yoga and practicing at home.

Ok if you’re old
The book had the right idea. I guess I’m just too fit and healthy for it to be beneficial. It just seemed remedial and simplistic, but I am also athletic and in shape and very active.Don’t get me wrong. I’m not faulting the book. I’m just probably in better shape than this book anticipates.

Good purchase
I liked what I read about the book. I have begun reading it. I am especially interested in the breathing exercises, warm up, stretching exercises and weight loss with chair yoga. I think this book will be a great asset to me. I recommend the book as a purchase.
