It was $16.99, I received one instead of two, and the one I received looked nothing like the picture. It was simply strips of tulle knottef to a ribbon. I wish I had a picture, but it's already been returned.

I expected this item to be 1 or 2 layers of mesh ruffled and sewn onto a neck tie. It's just a bunch of strips of mesh knotted onto a piece of ribbon. Not worth the price.

I expected this to be a whole pieces of ruffled tulle, like it looks in the pictures. What I received was many small pieces of tulle tied to a band. It has no fullness and does not match my clown vision. 0/10 honks.

Definitely false advertising. Looks nothing like the photo. Looks like just a bunch of small pieces of tule tied on a string.
