Since the revelation of plastic in tea bags we are trying to go plastic free as much as we can.So we have gone back in time and use this tea pot with a tea strainer and get a lovely cup of fresh tea that tastes like the old days!This is a good strong tea pot and will go in the dishwasher if you don't want to rinse it out. We previously bought a glass one which lasted about a week before I smashed it. This one will stay the course for a long while.

Arrived quickly and well packed. Like every other tea pot I've ever owned there's a drip from the spout which causes tea to drip onto the table while pouring

This is JUST a teapot, that’s all.It says “infuser” on the description but it doesn’t come with an infuser cage or has the fitting to hold one, I suppose it could be used to infuse if you bought a cage separately but that’s not what I was after when I bought it.I wanted an integral infuser teapot, it’s my fault for following a misleading add.

The lid was pushed into the pot when opened new. Pulled it out, but it flips back in a a touch.It's a flimsy quality pot.
