A little pricey. But then beauty is. The trick with this and other devices is consistency. Works with app on phone but you don't have to use app. Must use a conductive gel. I don't use theirs as too $$$

Brand New In Box But Does Not Work. :(
Purchased in 2024 and I have not been able to use it since. I have heard rave reviews from my clients about this device, but unfortunately thought maybe it was the app that goes along with it, but so far no matter what I do it seems to not work. I hope they get back to me and allow me to at least exchange it. Super frustrating experience.

Very easy to use. Takes 4 minutes for entire face. Only problem. Is it uses expensive gel. Look for an alternative

It works great! Already my wrinkles are softer, and fading.

Ok while it lasted
This device stopped working after 4 months, apparently a common issue with ZIIP. Going back to my NuFace mini which I like better overall.
