DTC is the way to go
I golf a lot, but am not very good (Nobody is, let's be honest). I needed a set of cheaper forgiving clubs to replace my old Adams A12os set that didn't fit me and had senior shafts.I've shifted towards finding DTC offerings a much better value while giving the same quality of clubs. These are $250 clubs I could get new off the shelf pre-extended for my height. They look nice and play nice. They're GI clubs with stronger lofts than "normal" irons (4i in this set is 19 degrees, 3i on my old Callaway Big Bertha is 21 degrees, a 4i Takomo 101 is 20.5, you get the picture) but play nice. I purchased a secondhand set of Tmade Rbladez after getting these and find I like these better, personally.I'm even eyeballing the newer MacGregor MACSPD or the Ram FXT irons as the stuff Macgregor/Ram/Hogan is putting out for the value and quality should excite any golfer more than Tmade releasing the exact same club over and over again (and killing Adams Golf).

Great set of irons
Did not want to spend a lot since just getting back into the game. Need to update my 30 year old irons and these I am very happy with. Actually have to learn to play the ball after hitting the ball straight. Just wish it had an additional sand wedge.
