I was initially very excited to try this kit. However, the first kit I received appeared to have bad batteries for the light so I returned it for the replacement. The second kit I received had the same issue and I’m returning it to!! If you pay $70 for a product you expect all of the components it comes with to be in working condition. I even reached out the primal life directly and their suggestion was to mail them the light so they could look at it and then they would decide if it was indeed defective before sending me a new one. First of all that is WAY too time consuming. Customers who want to whiten their teeth don’t have time to pay shipping to send a defective item back that should’ve been working in the first place. It’s apparent this happens a lot because inside their kit there’s a note card asking to contact them directly if you received a damaged item. Maybe if all their kits came in working condition this wouldn’t be such a huge issue. Save your money and time and look elsewhere!

The applicator broke after first use. Very messy with black oil all over white sink with every use. I contacted the company many times (as product states 1 yr warranty), but they did not help me, or replace the broken tube. Only said they would give me a bit of money off on another product (which I won’t be buying). I have not seen any whitening difference. Waste of (a lot) of money.

Works beautifully even on older teeth, and is much more satisfying than putting lots of man- concocted chemicals into my mouth! Since I drink hot tea daily, this is quite helpful. ~NAC~

It did not even come on- the light turned on after several minutes, then only stayed on for a few minutes before turning itself off and refusing to come back on. Returning.

I've used this product only a few times and I can already tell a difference in the brightness and whiteness of my teeth.I also use the dirty mouth powder, which is awesome. My teeth feel so much cleaner. I love that these products are ot only cleaning my teeth, but helping them heal and keeping the oral microbiome healthy.

I really enjoy this product. It's a good price and I like that it can be used multiple times. I've seen results after 3 uses at 10 minutes a piece. Easy to use.

I like the price and the product. My teeth are more white with every use!! I do wish the silicon tray for teeth was easier to wash out. Other than that, happy with this purchase.

Mouthpiece broke after 2 uses
