Alpine Crushed Velvet Emerald, Fabric by the Yard

It is had to find pretty greens in velvet, there are all kind of olive greens and forest greens calling themselves emerald ,but a true emerald green is hard to find. I have a gallon bag of velvet samples trying to find a pretty green to make a parade coat for Santa. Reds are hard if not impossible to match and having a green one will allow him to wear it over any of his suits. I also intend to make a pair of knickers out of it. I'm glad it has a light backing to keep it from reveling out and loosing its shape. I will be buying more of this.

Perfect thickness good quality Christmas red crushed velvet. The only thing that would make this product better is a red backing instead of white.

The fabric is actual crushed velvet and has a white back of the fabric. Ideally it would also be red but nobody is going to see that on the artwork I create with it. Great value for the price.

Used to cover portlights in my boat. They are small, so this material just provides highlights. Looks classy.

This is a non-stretch velvet beautiful fabric I made a Santa Claus harness out of it. My only complaint is that the fabric smells like someone sat on it after using the toilet and I will leave it at that 🤣🤣

His fabric was a lot of fun to work with. As a posable art doll creator I tend to be picky about how the fabric feels. And this was a fun fabric to play with!
