I barely ever write a review, but this bag exceeded my expectations! The quality is amazing, the straps are long enough and sturdy! Love the ability to choose either backpack or purse style.Fits my 16" laptop, planner, and plenty of room for miscellaneous items, yet not bulky!Using it for work as an event planner and looks classy but not too uptight business looking!Would highly recommend!

Really nice quality, soft leather. I love the accent colors on the straps. The pockets are deep.

I like the overall look of the bag. It was able to fit all my books for college plus my laptop. Lots of pockets.My only issue is the loose straps are longer than usual. I'm about 5'3 and I like to wear my bags comfortably (not too low on my back and not too high). After adjusting the straps it hangs very low and has caused me to trip over it while walking esp up and down the stairs which is dangerous.I went to check out the other bags available with this brand to see if the straps were fixed or had a metal buckle where the straps don't hang when it's adjusted, but I wasnt able to find any like that. I see it available in ornery brands but not this one. Kinda sucks especially for the price. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to send this back.

I love that this bag limits the bulk. It’s tall and rectangular; do not expect to overpack it. Sits great on a suitcase. Easy to wear and suits casual or business travel esthetics. Many backpacks slouch when you open them, this will not.

Beautifully made. Seems very sturdy. Doesn't appear cheap at all! I was able to fit my personal and work laptops in it and it's doesn't even feel heavy. Straps are thick enough to not dig into my shoulders. Good price for this item! I would buy it agai or for some as a gift. 100%

I LOVE this bag! I put a 14" macbook, a thick sketchbook, a pen pouch, my external battery pack, my ipad pro, and more in here and it does not feel heavy or hurt my shoulders. I like to test my products by pulling on them as hard as possible to test the seams, there is no give in the stitching. There's a pocket for everything, and the bag is very cute. I can fit a standard 16oz waterbottle in the side pockets, and it feels like a great bag that will hold up for a long time. I really liked that I can put so many heavy things inside, and I don't feel like my shoulders are going to break.

This is a great backpack/purse. I bought it for a trip to Hawaii and I have been using it ever since. I like the pockets it has and the strap that helps hold it onto your luggage. It’s roomy but not huge. I have received so many compliments on it from complete strangers.
