The shoes run small or fit as expected?

The fit just as expected. I wear a 12-13 depending on the shoe, ordered a 12 and they are snug but I figure they will flex enough to be perfect.

Are they good for standing on your feet all day for work?

No, they lack support and dont breath that well. Their good if you sit at a desk all day and some walking around. I had a hard time wearing them for 8 to 9 hours a day at work.

Wearing these shoes do they give you blister on the back of your foot?!

From my experience,the answer is no. If you purchase the right size and tie the shoe snugly,the shoe should not slip on your foot.
