OK, let's face it talking about anal leakage is not the most delicate thing to discuss, but the fact is many do have this problem. I have had hemorrhoids, since my mid twenties, but after having my gall bladder removed in my 50's, I started to have minor "leakage" problems with my O-ring. Along with this came allot of itching and irritation. It was driving me crazy. I tried suppositories but they didn't help. I finally came to the solution of using Prep. H wiping cloths for cleaning and the B-Sure pads to absorb any minor leakage that might cause irritation. The change was quite amazing. Following this regimen I no longer suffer from irritation, itching, and stained underwear. Granted the B-Sures are a bit expensive, but I save money by buying them 12 boxes at a time, which last me about six months and far cheaper than buying a box at a time. I find they are easy to insert. Once you have cleaned with TP and PH wipe follow the directions and wrap the B-sure pad over your middle finger holding it in place with your index and ring fingers. Bend over, spread your legs, and insert it gently by reaching under your crotch. Don't press it in to hard against the anus as this might cause irritation! This method is far easier than trying to insert from behind, and insures a comfortable fit.Remember that this product is only for MINOR hemorrhoid and leakage problems!!! If you suffer from something more substantial , you will need something more substantial.The pad itself is very well made and leaves no fiber residues. I live in an area served by a major sewage system and dispose the B-Sures in the toilet. If you have a home septic system I would advise you NOT to flush them that goes for the PH wipes also! Indelicate as it seems, use a large zip lock freezer bag (discretely hidden away of course) for disposal in the trash. They can hold allot and the zip lock seal insures proof against embarrassing odors.

This product does not work at all. There is no adhesion (although adhesion is one of the rating components) and they are so flimsy stacking 4 of them in one use is not enough to stop leakage. Unfortunately, they are not returnable and do nothing except take up space in my closet. I selected one star only because the system would not let me submit without at least one star. This product deserves zero.

Be-Sure pads are easy to put in place, comfortable when in place, manage light accidental leakage very well and are readily removed and disposed of. The nature of the fabric employed protects the skin in the area from constant "wetness", an important consideration for epidermal well being. Obviously, the individual user has to determine by trial and error the best placement and correct interval between pad changes. Also, it is important to remember that Be-Sure pads are by design only intended for light ABL and a few other light conditions; they cannot be expected to manage other situations.

A good product and no problems when ordered from the manufacturer, Birchwood Laboratories. But on a Subscribe & Save subscription where Amazon used a third-party seller to fulfill my order, I received 1 box (damaged) when I had paid for a case of 12 boxes -- just as another reviewer did. And with "modern 'bot' customer service", you can't explain this to Amazon, though they will accept a return. I would just try to make sure that your order is being fulfilled by Birchwood Laboratories.

They are very easy to use and they do exactly what you want them to do. I have been using them for a long time and they are well worth it. It definitely protects your underwear from getting stuff on them.

Great product for light leakage. I use them to absorb mucus and they can get sodden quickly on bad days but so much better than nothing. I have trouble finding these sometimes, so being able to stock up with so many at once is nice.

As someone who has a Jpouch and experiences some leakage, these work great to save your undies! This is a great deal to buy in bulk too. It would be nice if the box was a little more discreet, but that's not a huge deal for me. Package came a day early too.
