A really great electric bike for the money!
Update: I’ve been using this bike now for over a month and have put about 100 miles on it. Learning to keep the battery topped off has helped maintain average speed greatly. I’ve managed to squeeze out 25 mph on a full charge (some pedaling involved), and just the other day it managed to complete three full trips with bigger loads in a single day, one of which was up a mountain road. It’s a very capable piece of tech. Worth the money. Wish I could’ve gotten the silver one, but it wasn’t available at the time…You can’t go wrong with this bike. Get it. I’ve seen reviewers say there are cheaper options that are as good, but I can say for sure none of them look as good as this one (especially with aftermarket parts). That kind of thing matters to me, so if it matters to you then this is quite the looker. Especially that silver one…The only thing I want more than anything else for this bike is a cargo rack. Wish it would’ve just come with one, but since it doesn’t I hope Avantrek is able to release their own for purchase.——————————I like pretty much everything about the bike, though it would be nice if I could lock it in its folded position. As is, it’s free to flop around, even with its very nice, very stiff hinges. This is probably an issue with most folding bikes however, so I won’t fault the manufacturer too much. Besides, perhaps I’m just missing something and it does lock. Small gripe regardless.Additionally, I’ve never experienced such dedicated customer service on Amazon. I can’t recommend this bike enough!

Pretty quick!
This E-bike is super good, the comfort on the seat is amazing, it’s super soft and you can definitely ride a long time, the battery life is very good, I went about 30 miles on a single charge, I was very shocked. I’ve reached about 22 top speed, it tends to slow you down a lot if you go over but it’s definitely worth it for the money! I recommend this product.

Great E bike!
Have had this bike for about three weeks and have put 50 miles on it. I've ridden up in the mountains without pedaling and it works great electric only. It does seem to get "tired" in electric only mode going up-hill for more than 10-15 minutes. Seems reasonable though. If I give it a break or start pedaling it recovers quickly. Very sturdy and rugged frame. I did crash, or more like tip over just standing there and the shimano shifter lost a critical part that keeps the shift retraction button in the extended position. I couldn't find what I think is a spring, so I ordered a new shifter.Folding is easy and fits nicely in the back of my Subaru. All in all I like this bike and think it's well worth the money if you can get one.

If it breaks the company doesn't help you
The bike is pretty decent.. however the speedometer on mine started losing numbers on the liquid crystal display after about a month I contacted the company they responded saying theyd send me a new part- then nothing-after a month I contacted them again they said to contact them on their company website. after contacting on the website-nothing-worst customer service ever. I suggest not and I wouldn’t buy this from them again seeing as if its faulty you're screwed

LOVE this bike-just buy it!
The bike arrived a day early a few days ago (after several mixed delivery messages from Fed-Ex. Someone has to be home so that was a bit of a pain).Very easy and quick right out of the box. Not a single issue. It just takes a minor bit of assembly and they provide all the tools needed.I charged up the battery and took it easy riding in my yard while learning the controls and how the throttle handles, but overall if you have a good sense of riding a regular bike the transition is smooth. These bikes seem to be everything I had hoped for. I do photography on trails of horses and plan to use it in the woods. As soon as I was comfortable on it, off I rode down our steep gravel driveway. Brakes are good, and the three pedal assist modes are perfect. It does have it's limits on steep uphill terrain just like I read in the description. The last part of our driveway is pretty steep and in mode 3 pedal assist and 1st gear, one would have to be very strong to help it up the hill. However, we took it to our local rail trail the first two days of owning it, and I got it up to 21mph in pedal assist #3 and 7th gear. I weigh 175.I even rode it to our church bible study on day three and loved every minute of it on pavement doing as much as 22 mph on the downhills (I have about 26 total miles on it now).Battery power so far is great too. Have not ridden it below 7/8ths full bars, and seriously that was after several miles on our rail trail, a mile or two around the yard and 7 miles to and from church. The only thing I've found I did not like is the seat, and even though it might suit you, it is too narrow and hard on my bum. We already had wide saddles for our regular bikes so switched it out.Just...buy...it, you will fall in love with bike riding again!

Bike is super fun
This bike is really nice and love how it’s built, it way faster then i thought and it’s a smooth and nice ride. Only thing that is affecting me in a bad way is when you get off your bike, you accidently twist the throttle and you just go everywhere and possibly fall. It’s not the bikes fault but it’s just something that will you have to get use to if this is your first electric bike. Overall really really nice bike and love to ride it

Good bike but electric part keeps not working
Easy to put together, great as a non electric bike but when using the electric part it doesn't always work and has trouble zooming or even throttling at all half of the time. Doesn't always work, mostly sometimes. Be aware the electric part may not work when you buy this.UPDATE: Now the bike does not track the speed that I go. It stays at 0 mph no matter what. All else with the bike works good but it does not display my speed ever.

Awesome for the money
We purchased two of these and they worked perfectly! Tons of power and stay charged forever ! Even took them on a trail amazing to go right over dips and hard places to walk over - easy to travel with on a bike rack ( make sure it holds 4” tires ) we love them so far !
