Essential product for me from a medical standpoint. For those suffering with altered electrolytes as part of a health condition, electrolyte replacement options are essential. You cant always focus on electrolyte drinks (1) if you have any nausea and such or (2) if you have any sort of fluid restriction. So you need electrolytes but are limited in the amount of liquid per day. This product addresses both of these issue for me. It’s simple to take with a small sip or so of fluid and get the electrolytes you so urgently need. This keeps me from have my Bp bottom out which makes you feel incredibly lousy. My healthy husband will use when experiencing the early symptoms of heat exhaustion or those times with the painful leg cramps are likely potassium related. We don’t alway have bananas on hand and this product meets that need as well. I don’t know what I’d do without this as an option. I like the % of electrolytes that I get as opposed to the required quantity of oral liquid to get that same amount. So, this works for me and my household. It’s not just for runners but meets some very real healthcare needs.

Does not contain Vit B supplements like a lot of them. Which is good because Vit B overdose is brutal. Found out the hard way.

Stops cramps. A little on the expensive side of this type of supplement.

These are great! For us "salty sweaters" they are a must have to avoid the cramps. I did the sweat test. I loose over a gram of salt an hour on my long summer bike rides. Get them in your system before the long ride/run, then keep them going during the long ride/run and all will be well.
