Artichoke 500 mg Supplement - Potent Artichoke Leaf Extract Capsules - 60 Capsules

I have been taking the Vital Peak Artichoke Supplement for about 3 weeks, and I can feel the difference in my body. I am not as tired as I was before I began taking it.

I got this because I like to every now and then change my supplement regimen for my effort to keep my liver healthy. My normal go to has been milk thistle, dandelion and yellow dock. But Artichoke actually contains silymarin and cynarin just like Milk Thistle ( but not as much). It also is one of the few sources of copper in meaningful amounts which helps (may) the body form collagen and absorb Iron for red blood cell formation. So no doubt every now and then I like to run a cycle of Artichoke in place of my milk thistle for the some of the same benefits I am used to and all the additional ones Milk thistle does not have.I am very impressed with the dosage this brand has with 500 mgs in each cap. That is definitely enough IMO to get results hopefully. This brand states it is made in the USA but does not state where the artichoke came from . It suspect it was globally sourced and for that reason I prefer to see this third party lab tested in the US/UK or Canada. I still give it 4 stars as it very well may be 3rd party lab tested in said countries or one with regulated oversight with supplement ingredient testing. This is a 90 day supply with a 1 cap a day regimen and which IMO makes the price at the time of this review very reasonable. I do not feel or notice anything when I take this and the caps are easy to take. Good Luck and hope this was helpful.

Just didn't work. No difference in energy boost.

Though I am a heavy supplement taker, this is my first experience with this brand. This is a decent product... free of common allergens... made in the USA. That said, I was disappointed that this Artichoke supplement contains two flow agents (magnesium stearate and silica). My regular brand does not contain these, so after using this, I will go back to the old brand.Many manufacturers are moving away from using flow agents because some people experience issues if they take multiple supplements daily that contain them. However, they are still commonly found in many products.Other than that, this is a nice supplement and worthy of consideration. The capsules are normal sized and easy to swallow and there is no odor.

I’ve been taking the Vital Peak Herbal Artichoke Supplement for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed! The small, easy-to-swallow capsules are convenient to take daily, and I love that there's no aftertaste. With 90 capsules per bottle, it's great value for the price. Additionally, I've noticed an improvement in my overall digestive health and energy levels since starting this supplement. I’d recommend giving it a try!
