I love my smart lock it works great I just had an issue with it but customer support is working to correct the problem that has happened with my lock

Best Security Lock
Absolutely love my new lock system! Well worth the money! Pretty easy to install - right or left handed which ever way your door opens. Unlock via, finger print, key, number pad and key RFID fob. Highly recommend it!

Doesn't work
Was so excited about this purchase. Got it installed and app programmed and it won't work. I use the app and the door lock says locked and makes a spinning sound but there's a mechanical disconnect because the lock doesn't move. Returning and going back to old lock.

Love it!
Took us a bit to finally install it but it was worth the wait. Works great, comes with an app and was fairly easy to install. The biggest part of the job was sanding and painting around where the previous knob was. This is so nice and I will probably put something similar on all of our exterior doors. A win!
