No touch screen use
Bought this laptop for my husband’s use. Everything’s good except there’s no touchscreen ability. Unless we’re missing something. Just assumed that’s available on all laptops. Keys are backlit.

Windows 11 already crashed on the second day. Recommend you get a newer MacBook. Worth the money

El cargador dejó de trabajar luego de una semana
Luego de una semana. El laptop notificaba problemas de carga hasta que se quedó sin baterías. Tuve que usar un cargador de otro equipo para encender la maquina. Ahora tendré que comprar un nuevo cargador, aun cuando pague por uno nuevo. Esto pone en duda la confiabilidad de la compra y resto de partes del equipo.Espero no tener que comprar más componentes adicional a la compra realizada.

This laptop constantly shuts off its own wifi
A very nice laptop for a good price. Just be aware that at least once per day it will spontaneously and without any warning turn off its wi-fi, and you will have to go to settings and turn it back on. When I looked on line for a solution to this, I saw other users reporting the same problem. Dell is my favorite make of laptop, but this glitch can be very annoying, so I hope they can push out a fix via an over the air update.
