Great flask, no leaks, multiple ways to use the top sections, easy to fill, holds heat for hours, simple and easy to clean. excellent ! straw does NOT come apart to clean, but even after several months of just soapy washes it is super shiny clean, no problems. I now use this flask for everything, but it is perfect for Mate.

The flask is not 100% water tight so will drip if not stored completely up right and the insulation is not amazing and will keep water hot for about 2/3hours before becoming cool

I am extremely disappointed with this thermos I purchased. It fails to perform its primary function of keeping water hot, which is utterly frustrating. Additionally, there are multiple instances of water leaks both between the green metallic part and the plastic body and through the lid, where water should absolutely not be escaping, especially with the thermos securely closed. This product is unquestionably defective and does not meet the basic standards of quality and functionality. I cannot recommend it to anyone.I urge the manufacturer to reach out to me promptly to arrange either a replacement or a full refund for this faulty product. I hope for a swift resolution to this matter.

This is a nice and practical item, but unfortunately, it doesn’t retain heat as effectively as other flasks I’ve used in the past. The contents cool down much faster than expected, which is disappointing given its otherwise solid design. While it’s convenient to carry and use, it falls short when it comes to maintaining the temperature of hot drinks for extended periods.

I'll start with the positives.1. It's a nice size and looks good.2. The handle is comfortable.Now the bad.1. It doesn't hold temperature well at all. I put 80°C water in and in just over 1 hour it was down to 64°C. Next to useless for its intended purpose of keeping water hot throughout the day.2. The pouring spout is as inaccurate as a drunk trying to pee into the toilet bowl. It goes everywhere and the flow is inconsistent making it difficult to aim.Overall I am disappointed with this product. It looked like a great idea but the fact that it can't even hold the temperature of the water is a joke and makes it next to useless.

This item is poorly made and leaks from all the connecting parts, doesn’t hold temperature of the water very well at all. Not hugely impressed with this item at all. Save your money and get a Stanley flask. The slow pour spout is next to useless.
