If you judge this book by its cover you may think it's ok. Inside the production values are absolutely appalling - the worst I've seen in a professionally(?) produced book. It looks as if it has been created for semi-literate myopics and whoever decided to blast the type size to 16pt knew so little about the enlargementprocess as to reduce the all black and white, totally out of focus, photographs to shots of bottle tops, half a plate and 'food' that looks like something unmentionable. It's also vastly over-priced. I returned mine immediately. The 2003 original may be a good book, but, of course, it's a lot cheaper than this abortion.
