Mccall's Patterns 7116 B5 Sizes 8/10/12/14/16 Misses Dresses Sewing Pattern

Just what I was looking for

As expected, this made up into a gorgeous dress. Pattern layouts, instructions are all clear. Useful general advice, as always, included in the instructions.

This pattern claims to be 'easy' but I found the descriptions and pictures quite hard to follow. This is a shame because the design is very nice. I think you need a good knowledge of sewing terms. I am going to struggle to complete my dress because I am an amateur and I could do with someone to show me

As this pattern is McCall's, with American sizes, you have to check the measurements carefully for your own size, as what you thought would be a size 12 or size 14 in the UK, is a much smaller fit on the pattern.

Pattern arrived on time and as described

I've just made view D using a crepe fabric and it's perfect.I had read a couple of reviews which said to size up 2 sizes, so I made a 16 as I'm a 12 in shop bought clothes usually.It's cut on the bias so falls well, very happy with this.

Lovely pattern, good value, speedy delivery.

Very disappointed with this pattern. I make lots of dresses but found the fit of this pattern doesn’t match up to my body measurements. I tried view D and finished up throwing the dress away and haven’t had theConfidence to try a different style from the pattern.
