Fantastic. Bottle so much easier than the sqeezy ones you get with the neilmeds. Solution is just the same, but you use 1 sachet for 500ml bottle, rather than 1 sachet for 250ml bottle, like you do for the nelimed. So better value for money.

Easy to use and definitely cleans the airways making it easier too breathe

This nasal irrigator is pretty useless for a number of reasons: it leaks out of the valve; it does not work if a nasal passage is blocked (this is not stated in the description) and it is very cumbersome to use - water goes everywhere.

Arrived day after I ordered, great packaging. Item is faultless. Was recommended by a friend and I'd certainly recommend it.

Unfortunately although it said it comes with 2 tips one for adults and one child's tip mine only came with the one tip and I'm not sure which tip it is the child's or adult one.
