38G Considering this bra for running and high impact dance. How does this bra handle bounce?

I do like this sports bra, its supportive. However i use it for swimming and i wished it had foam cups. Being big chested i always bounce, but this sports bra is better than the medium impact sports bra!

Would this bra work underneath a swimsuit without riding up?

It doesn’t ride up. However, the top of the bra comes up pretty high on my chest. I can usually see the top of it peaking out of most of my workout tops. Not sure if it that would be what you want under a swimsuit.

Do these bras have padding?

No they do not have any padding.

I ordered this several years ago at 34ddd. i did my measurements and it says i should be 36b. how can that be?

That doesn’t make any sense. A 34DDD is clearly not the same as a 36B. I would just order your regular size.
