Very difficult to get to forge welding temperature on anything as big as your hand. Tried to weld a tomahawk bit and went through 8 pounds of lump charcoal and got a great workout cranking this thing. The blower is just not sufficient unless you go full tilt for welding.

A little bit smaller but will do the job

Putting it together was a bit of a challenge because the holes didn’t line up well for the screws. The legs didn’t come with feet like the picture. I am having to shim one of the legs to make it level. Other than that it works pretty good. Was just a little disappointed but for the cost I guess it makes sense.

I only used the furnace as a hobby and it didn't last but two months. The handle started slipping as if it was missing gears. Would not buy again.
