I have been a loyal user of the Uriage Bariéderm-Cica Daily Serum, but I am very disappointed with the recent changes. I originally ordered the classic white-labeled bottle (Made in France) which featured the 10.5% Thermal Biotic Complex, but I received a completely different-looking dark blue bottle (Made in Spain) labeled as 'Intense Repairing Serum.' ​While the company claims it’s an updated version, the new packaging feels less premium and the change in manufacturing location is confusing for long-time customers. The old white packaging was much better and felt more authentic. It’s frustrating when a brand changes a product so drastically without clear communication. I really prefer the old aesthetic and formulation style over this new one. Product quality is good but packaging has changed and feels disappointing. I have been using Uriage Bariéderm Cica Daily Serum on my dermatologist’s recommendation, and the previous packaging was much better, sturdy and premium-looking. This time, I received a different packaging, which looks cheap and low quality, especially considering how expensive this serum is. The earlier bottle felt more reliable and premium, while the current one does not match the price point at all. I am satisfied with the serum formula, but Uriage really needs to improve or bring back the old packaging, because customers paying this much expect better quality presentation. Please ensure consistent packaging so buyers get what they expect.
