I bought this for one of my grandchildren for Christmas, so they have not played with it yet. However, it is the perfect size and seems sturdy for a 5 year old. I think that he will have fun with it and it should also help with hand/eye coordination.

This two sided dart board is Awesome!! One side is magnetic darts and the other side is Velcro plastic balls. It is very well made and perfect for indoors or outdoors! I ordered one for one of my kids dorm room at college and another one for my other kids at home. We can play darts inside when it is cold and not ruin the walls!!! The price is unbeatable for the quality and the fun we have playing! I will be buying this dart board again in the future to gift others!

Product bought for Christmas gift. When opened, it was damaged inside an undamaged box. The metal target plates are loose and fell.out and actually sliced my finger and I'm afraid now to let my Grandson touch it. One of the plates, the one for darts has an inch n a half bent area along the edge. It clearly is not a new item.

Good value for the money. Easy to use, good Magnet strength making it fun for kids. The board shows the impact from magnet when kids throw it hard. But overall a good product and very fun for kids.

It’s a great gift

My 9 year old really likes this dart board. The magnetic side works very well and he's been playing a lot. The velcro side doesn't work as well however. The balls don't like to stick very easily; you have to throw them a certain way and they have to hit the board just right to stick. Since we can only use one side, I gave this 3 stars because I was hoping to have 2 games in one but that didn't happen. Oh well he's happy with the magnetic side. The only "rules" or explanation of darts is what is printed on the box, there's no printed directions.
