Pros:- it does work, will shock after 3rd bark (according to manual- decent priceCons:- in the manual it stated that it another dog barks, it won’t activate the collar... it LIED hahaha.So this collar has helped my yapping Pomeranian tone down her barking, which is why I bought it in the first place. But my other moderately yappy Pomeranian has a collapsing trachea and he coughs whenever he’s excited (or during barking), and here’s the funny part. The one wearing the collar is obediently quite , and my other one coughs because he’s so excited, and the one wearing the collar get the warningbeep, and then shocked. Priceless.

Bought based on reviews but when it arrived, realized reviews aren't even for the collar listed. Very deceptive. This piece of crap didn't work. We put it on our dog and it didn't do anything when he barked but would start beeping when he shook his head. There was also a plastic piece included that didn't appear to have any use and wasn't included in the poor instructions.

I've had this for a month and have been using it inconsistently and it's already broken. It won't stop emitting a weak but annoying squeak that only stops when you take the battery out. Don't waste your money.

I had one of these from another brand and absolutely loved it! (I ended up giving it away to a friend who needed it more than me at the time). Not being able to remember which collar I had purchased before, I bought this one because it looked the same and had the same functionality so it had to work the same right? No, I was wrong.This collar wouldn't beep while it was on Sir Barks-a-Lot, but rather when he's quietly napping on the living room floor. Even after taking it off of him, it would randomly go off in the other room. It has even zapped me when I picked it up to investigate why it was going off. Thinking it's user error, I pulled the battery out again and again.. I tested it with the little attachment to make sure it's performing accurately and it was.. I put it up to my throat and barked while increasing the sensitivity to find the proper level; no luck because it wouldn't beep for me. I learned my lesson the hard way that these aren't all the same and tracked down the original brand I liked so I could purchase that one again.

My friend with Corgis bought several Petliners. They work well. I bought 3 off Amazon for my barkers. They weren’t the same “Petliners” as my friends. Collar was lighter and slipped, no Petliners logo. Cheaper version but is being sold as Petliners. Stopped working after a month of on and off use. Tried new batteries. No luck. Doesn’t beep when dog barks but will randomly beep for no reason. You have to pull the batteries out to shut it up. Worthless.

It doesn't work until after my dog barks a few times then finally reacts. She's loud so not sure why it doesn't work right away when point is to stop the barking completely.

Lasted about 6 weeks. I hit the + button yesterday to turn it up and it "stuck"--now it's one long continuous beep until I yank the battery out. Despite that, it DID work to quiet down my yappy chihuahua and had I written this review a month ago, I would have given it 4 stars. Four because the collar adjustment kept "slipping"; I finally had to resort to duct tape to fix it.

Collar beeps 3 times before it sends a shock, which i like, but its hard to tell what setting your dog needs. One dog reacted with just the beep, and the other one barked through the beep and the shock. Battery life is short as these collars are not rechargeable.
