Rubies The World of Eric Carle: Very Hungry Caterpillar Costume for Babies, Unisex 12-18 Months

Perfect for my 25lb 19 month old. Soooo cute! It was nice and warm and comfy. He able to run around and it wasn't too bulky to fit him in the stroller when he got tired. He loved it and so did everyone else.

So perfect. I wasn’t sure if it would fit my little one, he is almost 4 and ordered the 2T and it still fits pretty good. My little one is on the smaller side (32 lbs) and the length is still perfect. So cute and great quality.

I absolutely loved this costume. It was an easy one that just slipped onto my toddler but also seemed so well thought out and crafted. I thought this was so unique of a costume idea while still being recognizable and well loved. I wish there were other sizes available but all that was available was a size 2. It fit on my average sized (just shy of 2 days) 3 year old but it was hard to get off for some reason. I ended up cutting the back opening wider and finessing the seam so the opening was bigger so it came off a little easier and gave my toddler more room in the back and shoulders. Once on though, it didn’t seem tight or small, just a slight struggle to come off. I also sewed the Velcro straps on the hat into itself because my toddler didn’t like it strapped under his neck. The hat stayed on without the neck strap, just like a beanie would. This could be because my 3 year old is maxing out the sizing but it fit him well.

We got so many compliments on this costume. It was also very warm which was nice because it was cold while trick or treating.

I bought this for my 4 year old based on a review that had said it fit a 5 year old. It did NOT Fit it was really hard to put on and when we finally put it on it was way to TIGHT from the upper body Chest, shoulders, and arms. The head set barely fit. The bottom half was good, overall the costume is very nice, cute and soft very well made. Im keeping it for my 2 year old.

I purchased a 6 month to 12 month costume. I was very pleased to receive this creative costume. Eric Carle would be elated to fine his book character so wonderfully represented. The material is as colorful as his children’s story book. The costume is constructed so that with a few quick sewing moves, it would probably be suitable or an 18 month to 2y year old. Yes, it was worth every penny. We look forward to Halloween. and “ dress up fun” for years

This was a great buy. On the Amazon page I clicked 2T but the 3-5yr old size arrived which was perfect! He is tall but it fits well with room to grow. He is currently sleeping in it now so we shall see how good its longevity is…
