I really, really wanted to love this. The description sounded fabulous, but the price was very expensive. I thought, at this price, from a reputable source, it should fulfill my expectations, right? WRONG!! 1 Positive: The scent *IS* very lovely (caveat below). I (briefly) loved it. BUT... 3 huge negatives: 1) The scent was overpoweringly strong upon a quick spritz. YIKES! Hope it settles down. 2) Around 2-3 minutes after spritzing, it smelled absolutely wonderful. Great! This is what I wanted. The exact type of rose scent, with the hint of coffee aroma. Perfect. But then after 5 - 10 minutes...NO SCENT REMAINS! Not just my nose tells me this. I asked my sons, who were not in the room when I applied it, and they said they could smell NOTHING around 15 - 20 minutes after I applied the exceptionally expensive parfum spray. So, I enjoyed only five, maybe 10 minutes max, of beautiful scent. 3) Given the previous problems, the price is exorbitantly too high. For only a few minutes of scent, Tom Ford should be giving this away. Perhaps the biology of my skin did not support this particular parfum. It's possible. However, this has never happened with any of the other high-quality parfums I use. I'll probably go back to continuing use of my beloved Bottega Veneta Perfume for Women Eau De Parfum until I can find a really nice rose scent elsewhere to have as an alternative (which I had hoped for from this Tom Ford product, to begin with).

Fragrance was okay, nothing extra, wish I had gotten a sample first. What a waste of good money.

my favorite perfume ever

I was actually in the Nordstrom store making a purchase on a different brand of cologne when I ran into the Tom Ford rep who gave me a sample of the Tom Ford Cafe Rose mini that she made for me when I made a purchase on a different brand of perfume. I was blown away of how nicely the cologne scent was. The only thing that would prevent me from buying this cologne is; it's very pricey.

I absolutely love this fragrance. I pair it with an amazing vanilla lotion and it is intoxicating.

The perfume is beautiful. But I do not trust the retailer selling this product.
