Great with oat milk, good when mixed with plain matcha, and I just dusted some onto my pancakes this morning and practically died it was so good I kid you not I took my first bite standing and almost melted to the floor and I will tell you rn I am incredibly difficult to impress, esp when it comes to something with a bland base like pancakes. Pancakes are basically just an excuse to eat syrup, is how I see it. It's quite literally just water and flour that you pour liquid sugar onto. blech. Definitely just an excuse to drink syrup. Nevertheless, someone brought me some for my birthday so I decided to dust some of this matcha on it and it was fantastic, definitely recommended.

Very smooth not bitter. I've been using other brands even one that my friend bought me from Japan. This is way better than anyone I have used and definitely for drinking. If you going to drink green tea this is one that I would recommend. There are cheaper bulk brands but those would be best for baking for lattes. This is for the pure enjoyment of bamboo swirling green matcha tea. As they also recommend I always sift mine through a thin mesh strainer before adding hot water

I first got the silver canister and was in need of more but they were out of stock so I bought the black one because I wasn’t sure when the other one would be in stock. Upon opening the canister I could tell the consistency was just the same (which is great). It was a chalky consistency and that’s what you want in order for it to dissolve without being grainy. While whisking it foamed up quickly so less work which is great! Absolutely love it when I ran out the only issue I will have is deciding which one I prefer more silver or black.

This product was honestly incredible value for what it comes with. I really enjoyed the powder. It is not bitter and blends super smooth. I have enjoyed it in lattes. It is a great beginner matcha for those who like a subtle umami and sweetness, and not much astringency. Can’t wait to buy it again, this is my second matcha powder from the chaism brand.

Love this matcha! I tried matcha a few years ago and couldn’t stand the taste. Fast forward a few years and for the green tea health benefits I decided to give it one more try. After doing some research I learned I needed to look for ceremonial grade, organic matcha to get the most out of it. Off to Amazon I went, and here we are now! It turns out when you buy quality martcha powder (like this one!), the experience is much different than buying a random one off the shelf at a grocery store. And the taste? Absolutely wonderful! Again it turns out quality affects the taste. I’ve integrated this matcha into my everyday routine and look forward to it everyday! Will be buying this brand from now on.

Blends perfectly. I use a high powered throther instead of a whisk and it gets the job done! Great taste hot or cold!

This is my favorite matcha I’ve found on Amazon. I’ve tried 4 different brands and this is my 3rd or 4th time purchasing Chaism. The taste is AMAZING, quality is excellent and pure green, no grassy after taste. Will be my go-to always!
