This journal is so unique! The sensory elements are so satisfying, from the squishy bead-maze cover to the embossed edges of the pages. I love the design that allows the cover to unfold far enough that I can roll my fingers over the cover while working on any page in the journal. The pen that comes with the set has such a beautiful aroma that is comforting and therapeutic and not overwhelming. My daughter already asked me to get her one of her own. I plan to buy more as gifts!

I end each day by gathering my thoughts and writing in my journal and decided to treat myself to the Lifelines Sensory Journal and Pen Diffuser Set! Definitely a good call! It's the best, most relaxing way to end the day. I love the quality of the journal itself, including the thickness of the paper and the band to keep it at the page where I left off! I love that the pen diffuser has different fragrances to choose from. This definitely relaxes me at the end of a long day!

Didn’t come with the diffuser pen. Beads were COMPLETELY dry. This company clearly does not care about its audience. Horrible product, do NOT buy.

Used this notebook in my classroom with some of my students that learn best when memory is linked with sensory processing.They enjoyed moving the beads while writing their notes and it helped to not only keep them a little more focused but to better recall the concpet thye were focused on. The pen is a bonus, the smell is soothing and comforting but not overpowering.

This is just wow! I love the water bead maze on the cover, it’s so calming and fun! The tactile pages make for a great way to calm or fidget when dealing with writers block or big emotions! An added bonus is the smooth flow pen with aroma therapy! This pen works like a champ and has a chamber for aroma therapy(included!)I’m definitely ordering a few more for teacher gifts this holiday season!

The price is so reasonable so I was not sure what the quality would be like until I held it in hand. I was so happy with the quality of the cover and the paper. I use this for zoom meetings to take notes. I find fidgeting with the cover or the paper borders keeps me focused and present. I kinda hate zoom meetings vs in person so am happy to have found this journal.The pen smells amazing too! This is my second pen purchase too!

I received this item DOA. As another purchaser stated, the beads are dried up and do not move. There is nowhere to put the water in the channels and the diffuser pen advertised with this set.... a set is at least 2 items, not one. This is the second one that arrived the exact same way! Very disappointed! Andt there is no way to communicate with the seller. Price vs Value = ripoff

Thos journal will definitely help with that. When I'm stuck on thoughts or words to write, I can jiggle the little bead thingies, & it helps clear my mind.
