Sooo cute but not covering my chest enough

I love this sweater. I need something for when I ice skate just to cover my arms and I've been having a hard time finding exactly what I'm looking for. Judging by the pictures it looks like it's oversized under the arm I bought an extra large which is the size I usually wear and mine's really not like that it is just a shrug that goes straight across the back and covers my arms. It's pretty soft. If I touched it walking past it in the store I wouldn't describe it as exceptionally soft but it's absolutely not scratchy the sleeves are long and come about halfway down my palm but that didn't bother me, it actually feels cozy. It's definitely thicker than I expected. It's still lightweight but I honestly thought it would feel like a thinner and cheaper version but it doesn't I bought the black one and actually just ordered a second in the apricot color.

The color is more of a turquoise than a powder blue. I feel this is the most important thing to mention. Second, the material is not flimsy or thin it’s more of a woven material so it’s a good thickness and can keep your arms warm. It is not loose or baggy in the back, there’s just more of a opening in the front so the bicep area looks baggier. I feel like it’s more wearable for sweatpants or loungewear in the picture than in person partially because of the color and the material. The material looks and feels thicker and a bit more formal than loungewear casual (at least for me). The picture isn’t very misleading, if you look closely you can kind of tell what this fit is going to be like. I would give it a 4 because I was given pretty much what it shows on the site, but because of the color (2) and the fit (3.5) I’ll give it a 3. It has potential and decent quality!

This top is heavy weight and fits well! The sleeves are long on me but that is easy to roll! This feels super good quality and comfortable
