Just received the latest addition to my greek travel know how, it's all you need.

Its a book about sunshine & beer ..enough said

I have travelled to a lot of Greek islands and bought this in order to read about islands I have not yet been to. The main problem I had with this book is that when I checked what it said about the islands I already knew (a good check for its reliability) I found I disagreed with much of what was said and found that much was omitted that would have been useful for new visitors.A lot that was said was trite and unimaginative and some comments about restaurants seemed to display a personal bias against them. There is a lot of information in total and some of it good. I just expected more from a series that I have used often in the past ; the research just seemed a little lazy maybe.
