Overall this is a great ice pack. The only reasons I'm giving it a 4 star is 1) the bottom strap slips off the bottom of the ice pack when it is strapped around your leg. So it does not keep it as tight to my leg as I’d want. They need a piece of velcro on the outside of the ice pack or a loop to go through to help keep that in place. 2) it says it is reversible, but the straps do not work that way. This has worked very well for me recovering from a total hip replacement though. They stay cold longer than I anticipated and cover a large area with 1 ice pack.

This was a godsend for my hip bursitis. It fits perfectly and snuggly - no fussing with wee ice packs or ice packs not staying in place

This is brilliant - much better than others I’ve tried. It’s a great size / covers whole outer hip area - soft comfortable fabric - straps work well - I’m a size 22 and the waist one just makes it, so check the size, but otherwise couldn’t fault it.

I ordered a large and received an XLarge. It did not matter, they have excellent double velcro straps so holding the large pack on my hip was no problem.

These were amazing for pain relief after hip surgery. We bought 3 to rotate one always staying cold in freezer while one was in use, high quality!
