FABULOUS
After deciding that I was done spending money on salon pedicures, I spent entirely too much time researching foot baths. This is the one I landed on, and I AM IN LOVE. Why didn’t I get this sooner?!?My requirements for a foot bath included:- automatically rotating massage heads- a heating element- bubbles- a carrying handle- the ability to collapse for easier storage- A REMOTE!Very, very few foot baths have all these features. I had my eye on this one for a few weeks, and when Amazon put it on a Lightning Deal, I grabbed it! And it arrived the very next day, about 24 hours later.I put it to use immediately and have been using it every day since then. I use it with 2 Tbsp of a tea tree & eucalyptus salt soak, which smells fantastic, promotes foot health, AND adds lubrication between your soles and the rotating massagers. Speaking of…MASSAGE HEADSThe rotating massagers feel SO GOOD. I have super ticklish feet and was worried, but they feel wonderful and do not activate my tickle reflex at all. They are made of rotating discs that contain four freely spinning marbles and a nub in the middle. The marbles make ALL the difference! You can also move your feet around so that the massage heads hit the spots you like. I do wish they had the ability to change directions, but that’s a minor quibble. The massagers have four “speed” settings:1. Constant.2. Short pause every 3 seconds.3. Short pause every other second for 10 seconds, then continuous for 10 seconds, then repeat.HEATINGThe heater works well and keeps the water warmer much longer than it would stay otherwise. The LCD screen shows the temp in Fahrenheit. I like mine set around 105°. It’s best to fill the foot bath with hot water to start with so the heating unit doesn’t have to work so hard.Soaking your feet in this thing for 30-60 minutes REALLY warms you up. It’s amazing.BUBBLESThe bubbles are a nice feature and keep the water moving in a gentle way. It does NOT feel like jacuzzi jets. If anything, I think the sound is more soothing than the physical feeling of the bubbles.REMOTEThe remote comes with a battery pre-installed. Just take the remote right out of the lid and start using it. You need to hold the remote within 1 meter and point it directly at the LCD screen for it to work.DOWNSIDES?1. The magnet in the remote needs to be stronger so that it locks into place more securely.2. If anything happens to the remote — if it falls in the water, if your dog chews it up, if you lose it — you’re S.O.L. The foot bath would basically become a heavy bucket. TAKE CARE OF THE REMOTE!3. The cord is 6 ft long, and I wish it were ~3 feet longer. You have to be sitting pretty close to an outlet, or get an extension cord.CLEANINGThe unit is easy to clean. The instructions say to use a soft cloth to wipe it down, but that’s not a proper sanitizing procedure, even if you’re the only person using it. It’s important to clean the foot bath if you’ve used any kind of herbal or salt soak, and ESPECIALLY if you have any kind of contagious dermatology condition (athlete’s foot, etc.) so that you don’t reinfect yourself later.I used to work at a spa/massage clinic when I was in college, and the way we cleaned & disinfected the foot baths was this:1. Clean the entire inside and the outer rim with a scrubber sponge in hot, soapy water. (Dish detergent works fine.)2. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes with a diluted bleach solution *OR* an antiviral + antifungal disinfectant inside. (I use Protex spray, but Lysol, Barbicide, or Simple Green’s “Clean Finish” or “d Pro” would also work.)3. Rinse out with cool water and allow to air dry completely — or otherwise follow the disinfectant instructions.WORD TO THE WISEDon’t prop your feet up on the top or edge of the foot bath with any significant amount of weight, because the sides could collapse and spill water everywhere. And lastly, make sure you have a towel or flip flops nearby so you don’t have to put your wet feet on the floor when you’re done. ;)FINAL THOUGHTSI absolutely LOVE this thing and am so thankful to have it as part of my at-home pedicure routine. Now I don’t have to spend that money every 3-4 weeks or worry about catching nasty foot germs at the spa. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one of these foot baths if anything ever happened to mine.** Update, two months later **Still loving this foot bath and using it most days. Absolutely zero problems. It’s especially helpful for de-stressing now that the holidays are here. I like to turn on PBS mystery theater and sip a hot mug of tea while soaking… one of the things I most look forward to in my day!One night, after using the foot bath with my favorite salt soak, I was too tired to do the whole cleaning rigamarole and just went to bed. The next day I could see a faint grayish ring where the water line had been. It came off easily with a scrubbing sponge — but I was reminded that if you skimp on cleaning, it will start getting gross immediately. If you want to protect your investment and make sure this foot bath serves you for years to come, you do need to clean it every time you use it… even if that means the next morning.Happy soaking!!

Just right!
The media could not be loaded. It has exactly what I needed in a foot spa/bath. Also, the item is literally just as described. I definitely recommend reading every single instruction and warning label. They're very helpful in preventing issues and informative for keeping the unit maintained. My husband and I have used it several times now. I use super concentrated pure magnesium flakes and I was concerned the flakes would either not dissolve completely or the salt granules would potentially clog the unit. It did not! What I did to ensure it wouldn't happen is I filled the unit with hot tap water to the "fill" line. Plugged the unit. Clicked the bubbles and massage buttons. Set the temp that was most comfortable and set the timer. I did noticed that the magnesium flakes dissolved in seconds after hitting the water which was great. However, just in case, I do place a thick towel nearby not just for when I need to dry my feet but also in case there's any spills from minor splashing or what have you. You never know but the fact that I can have hot water with oxygenated bubbles and rotating massager is just super awesome. It really really helps with aches. One thing, I wouldn't really recommend using essential oils directly (the ones that are just concentrated essential oils) per se for soaking because there are crevices and also in between the rollers where if pure essential oil is used it might make it difficult to clean the concentrated essential oil based soak throughly from every crevice, from every roller, etc, etc. Just my opinion. I use the magnesium flakes for now but later I'd like to try using scented Epson salts like maybe eucalyptus, peppermint or maybe even lavender where that form of essential oil tends to be more diluted. I must admit that the bubbles make a constant almost soothing spa sound and I realized I dozed off for a bit listening to the bubbles. I swear it sounds like the bubbles in a small aquarium. It was very relaxing! I am not sure how long this unit will last us but we are definitely taking advantage of all it has to offer right now. I definitely recommend it.

Makes my feet feel out of this world
My husband and I were looking for a foot bath for our home. We stumbled upon this one on Amazon based on reviews and it didn’t disappoint. We love the temperature setting, the bubbles and the motion at the problem to massage your feet. Your feet will feel heavenly afterwords!

Easy storage and gentle bubbles.
I purchased this item after reviewing several foot soak tubs. What attracted me to this one is the temperature control (this seemed to be a problem for various units) and the rotating messager. It is gentle and you don't really need lots of time using this function. I tend to turn it off/on for several minutes at a time which makes the remote control very handy. The bubble function is also gentle so that there is not the splashing outside the tub that I have experienced with other units. Overall, this has satisfied my requirements and I am enjoying the use.

Foot bliss that is easy to store!
The Foot Spa Massager has been a game-changer for my elderly mother, providing a therapeutic and convenient solution for her tired feet. The standout feature is the remote control, allowing for effortless operation and adjustments, making it incredibly user-friendly. The collapsible design is a practical space-saving feature, making storage a breeze, while its sturdiness during use ensures stability. The built-in handle simplifies the process of loading and unloading water, enhancing overall convenience. The thoughtful design and ease of use make it an ideal choice for the elderly, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating foot spa experience. I highly recommend this foot spa massager for its user-friendly features and practical design, particularly for those seeking a soothing and easily accessible solution for foot care.
