I bought a similar CILI massage pad earlier this year and liked it. So when I decided to buy another office chair massager, I specifically chose this model also from CILI. I spend hours at desk everyday and sometimes have tension in my back and shoulders. I tried this massager and feel it provides fantastic relaxation. I understand that, for long term, I need more exercises to improve my physical conditions. But the massager helps to loosen tensed muscle and improve circulation. It fits on my office chair perfectly, quite flexible. It's compact and light-weight, making it easy to put on or remove from the chair. I just leave it on the chair, I feel comfortable sitting on it, kind of like an extra cushion. I think this is the best part - the massager is conveniently on my chair all the time, a massage is just a click away. The vibration motors are surprisingly strong. I usually only use the medium setting. The heating function is also nice, it gets warm quickly. The remote is easy to use, with everything clearly marked. For the price, the features are outstanding. I've owned other more expensive chair massager in the past, and they were stiffer, had fewer features, and weren't nearly as powerful as this one. I wish it would have a memory function to remember my last setting. Not a big concern, just need to click a few buttons each time to get to my preferred intensity, zone, and heat level. But overall, this massager is excellent for relaxation. I like it and will probably be using it regularly.

It fits well in mom's recliner. The massaging motors and heating can work simultaneously or separately - neat feature! It has a long power cord in order to reach power outlet. The remote is corded so it can't be misplaced. Mom says it really helps to ease back pain. It appears to be a quality product with a 1-yr warranty.

I work from home and honestly, I’ve been using this massage pad every single day. Now that it's winter, having the heat option is an absolute game-changer. it’s so cozy! The massage function is also really nice for relaxing while I work. I also want to mention that their customer service is excellent. They were super quick and helpful with the warranty registration. Highly recommended!

This is super comfy with no hard motors or moving “balls” to sit on! I’ve purchased 2 other brands and this one, by far, surpasses the other ones!! It also has a one year warranty that’s included, which is a huge plus for me since it’s a real pain to deal with Asurion Insurance. If you have back/leg pain, this is the ticket!

I put this on my gaming chair the back section is a bit short in my opinion but it heats up nice and massage is nice too. It’s like vibrations that move around but they don’t dig into you like other massagers. Also the material is quite nice, i don’t know what it is, but it feels like a memory foam pillow top for a chair on top of providing pain relief with the heat and masssage

Update #2 The replacement I was sent just completely died - 3 months usage. I did use it every day, but it was just normal use. So, putting the stars back to 3. Too bad, when it works, it's great. Update - The seller saw my review below, messaged me and sent a replacement. I think that's very good business, standing behind their product. The new one works just fine, and I'm grateful. I'll update if there's anything further to report, but I suspect the first one must have been a fluke. Additionally, I had bought a replacement from another company, and it works okay. But when I set up this massage chair pad and tried it, I immediately felt it was a better product - more comfortable, better distribution of the massage vibration, better padding on the massage points, and love the choice of timing - 30, 60, or 90 minutes. The massage distribution is important. My hips have been killing me (arthritis), and now I'm sitting comfortably on the new massager, and the hips are loosening up. The middle section massagers started making a loud noise right after the return window closed. Carried on using other sections of massagers and heat, but it stopped dead at 6 months. While it worked, it worked well - good massage pressure, good heat, and liked the 3 choices on the timer. But, for the price, only 6 months of use (and that with one section unusable) is just not acceptable.

Does an awesome job of relieving tense muscles. Very quiet operation. Very comfortable with plush cushioning. Heating works great. Highly Recommend this Product.

Product has now 2 faulty vibration discs in it. Had just over a year. Was given a 3 year warranty upon purchase once I registered product, but unable to contact seller via Amazon, so the warranty is basically useless. Hoping seller/manufacturer see's this and replies. Updated. Emails sent to Cili directly. No responses at all after 2 weeks. Just a buyer beware of the product. Great while it worked... not great trying to get a warranty claim or even a response from the manufacturer.
