The description says three settings, how do you change the settings?

Ours has one setting,each bay has it's own on and off switch.

I does not hold my watches firmly. my wrists must be bigger than most. Am I missing something?

I have fairly large wrists too and what I end up doing is using a tighter cinch on the wristband when I put it into the self-winder. Hope this helps.

Poor material and build quality

Material quality and build quality is not good. The box top came in hand when i opened it for the very 1st time. Returned it on the very next day I received the product. Packing was good, had multiple layers of box to protect the item. Functionality was working fine.
