Q: Does it tell you how to use it on a toilet bowl? ie how much powder to how much water? Thank you

I descale the kettle first then pour it down the loo and leave for as long as possible. I use 1 or 2 tablespoons in a half full kettle. Does a great job twice!

Q: Can this product be used in Hot Water Dispensers and does the product include instructions

Hi we use it through our one cup hot cup machine and our coffee machine. It has to go in hot/boiling water to work properly, so we boil and pour it in a cup, then pour the cup of water in the water part of the machine. Brew as normal a few times using the water with the citric acid in. Then we run two to three whole cycles (6 cups) with water to clean it out. It's easy and cheaper than purchasing a Nespresso cleaning capsule etc. Hope this helps.

Hi, citric acid works like a descaler and is excellent. Make it into a solution with warm water and use like a descaler.
