A very relevant book in this current time, with mental health and wellbeing very much an issue these days. All of us go through stressful times. How we cope with it, that's what this book helps us with. This book is not saying we can think positively about every situation but at least try not to think negatively. The book is all about general everyday life and positive thinking. Benefits, mindfulness, understanding and developing emotional intelligence, practicing gratitude and more. In fact everything to help us think positive. When things in our lives are not going well, loosing a loved one, a pet, financial problems, the many aspects of life which bring stress and worry. It is not always easy to think positive and can seem impossible. Negativity does not help and is bad for our mental health and wellbeing. Life goes on and we have to go forward. I am honestly grateful for that book
There was a time when I I didn't know how stress and negative thinking going hand in hand can ruin a person's life and health and even get worse, and there is nothing worse than not being aware of it, but no wonder we live in times when frustration and breakdowns are easy, in addition, everyone is at a different level in life, this is the proverbial ladder we climb. It also happens that once we were happier, and something thwarted our plans, there are different stories... But after reading this book, a glimmer of hope appeared in my head, because it is written about rebuilding such qualities as mindfulness. , positive thinking, thinking intelligence - what to do to awaken them?! all this is the key to not falling into depression or getting out of it, and all this is described with beautiful real-life examples, not just any examples, so they will certainly be understandable to everyone. I believe in the power of this book, so I recommend it to everyone, but especially to those who, like me, suffer from pessimism or depression. That positive thinking book is worth of time ans might completely change your mind

Excellent book written by Elizabeth R Brown on positive thinking, the written style is so impressive that everyone can easily understand what she meant by.The purpose of this book is to make ourselves positive, eliminate negative thinking, stop overthinking this book, and help us like a self-help book to developing mind fulness and overcome negative thoughts.This book guides us step by step . First, we will learn about the benefits of positive thinking ,learning about mindfulness, understanding, and developing emotional intelligence,understanding your own mindset , and how we can increase positive thinking ,how we can spread these positivity, awareness of negative thinking, how our relationship play a positive role in thinking process and many more if anyone wants to learn how we can increase positivity in ourselves and throughout negativity from ourselves this book is excellent. For all these guidelines how we can do this,we need to read this book so highly recommended.
