I keep my daily missal in one of these and my Sunday missal in the other one I bought. They are true-to-size and very well constructed. I like the exterior zippered pouch that allows me to store my rosaries and other items along with my missal. Since my missals are portable, being carried to mass each day, it was important to protect them from unnecessary wear and incidental damage. These do the trick superbly! I ordered a little large, worrying that they might not accommodate my items, but they are exactly sized. Please by ‘to size’. You will be happy with these. Plus, they come in a variety of interesting colors.

I purchased three of these covers...two for my daughters and one for my nephew. Their Bibles fit perfectly and the quality is great. I will say that the brightness of the colors shown in the listing is off...I ordered solid purple, teal, and red and for every single one, the colors are much darker in tone. I was debating on returning the red as I couldn’t figure out if it was more of a maroon or burgundy. This particular one was for my nephew and I was afraid he would think the color was too “girly.” My nephew affirmed that it looks “dark red” and was happy to have it. I would order these covers again if I need too. Happy with my purchase.

Just the right size,

We bought this cover to go with the new bible our 6 year old son was receiving for Christmas. At first, we ordered a size larger than this one. However, it was a little to big and we decided to return it for the small size. I’m glad we did because it fit perfectly!! (The Bible that our son received was a child’s bible that is a tad smaller than the average adult bible.) Our 6 year old loves it and the Sunday after Christmas he grabbed his bible on his on and was ready to go! We also bought two large size covers for our 12 and 17 year old sons. They both have commented on how they like them and their bibles and note journals fit well inside the cover.

The red color is very dark like a maroon

We love these bible covers. We also ordered the ESV hardbacks for each of our 4 kids. The small bible cover fits perfectly! This is the perfect size for my Book of Common Prayer. The zipper compartment is also handy for giving me a place to put my Saint Augustine prayer book and daily devotional.

This is exactly what I have needed for my old Bible. The original cover on my Bible has been disintegrating for years, but I didn't want to throw it away! This cover solved my problem and it looks lovely.
