Roman Beauty Rechargable Curling Iron RED

After use of about 10 minutes the battery was dead, the 2nd battery lasted about that same length of time. Now neither will charge! The charger does not show the red light so I guess it thinks that both are charged but neither work in the iron. I'd send it back but, silly me, we threw the box away arealy after it charged the first time. Watch out and keep the box until you have used this a while. Hope you don't have this premature failure.

Works great for travel and regular home use. Nice that there's an extra battery to keep charged and on hand. For med hair and ~ 10 curls I get about 4-5 days use out of each charge. Also a nice mid-size barrel. I use on lowest setting and that works great for fine hair.

I purchase this curling iron in July 2020. I received it at the end of July and it STOPPED WORKING within 2 months. I contacted the company and they informed me that returns had to be completed within 30 days of purchase. OKWhat about a defective product? I have emailed the company twice and I have not received any response. The product is defective, it does not work, and I should receive a refund.

UPDATE -- The wall charger that they sent me DOES NOT FIT, it came with a car charger and a wall charger, but the plug on the wall charger is a different size and cannot be used, thus I cannot charge it inside. VERY FRUSTRATED because I've had this since last summer but just now needed to charge it in the house.

Really pissed. Came with 2 batteries. Neither took a charge. Do not buy. Pos!!!
