The case itself is ok but the app does not work and therefore makes some of the items on the case unusable. I have tried calling the company and have emailed the company numerous times and they do not answer the phone and do not respond to email. This case is definitely not worth the money! Do not waste your time or money with this company, the app has never worked and most likely never will.

You cannot register the case. This is terribly frustrating.

I purchased this case right after their registration server went down. They promised to fix it as soon as possible but 20 days after it is still not fixed. They don't respond to the emails you sent them. They released a new app that keeps crashing and they are claiming it is due to servers being down but the app doesn't have time to reach out to servers. I would be careful to buy this suitcase since no customer support, the app doesn't work so you can use all features of this case and registration server is down - again without registering this case and opening their application you can't use all features of this case. So you are paying $799 for a well-designed case with no smart features.

I have one it is a nice case but you cannot connect it is a dumb case not a smart case. Been calling support for 3 months no one calls back

Love that you can recharge your devices with it.Love how it's designed.The hard case is very solid.
