Fit to size. Comfortable for all day wear. Good traction on multiple surfaces. I have had no problems with durability. I would purchase again.

I am a 52 year old Amazon courier with diabetic neuropathy in my feet and osteoarthritis in my knees. I walk and run an average of about 5 miles each route on concrete, asphalt, dirt, mud, grass, and dog crap 10 hours a day, 4 days a week. I have been wearing these shoes for work for about a month now and they have been nothing short of a godsend for me. For the past few years not a day would go by where my feet didn’t hurt to some degree. That is no longer the case. My feet feel great! I can’t say the same for my knees but hopefully over time a combination of wearing these shoes and taking Osteo Bi-Flex will help with that as well. The mesh uppers of these shoes offer both the breathability of a running sneaker and the sturdiness off a hiking boot. Other reviewers complained about the stiffness of these shoes, I will say I found them to be comfortable on the first day and they are just as stiff as you want a pair of protective hiking shoes to be. The fit runs about a 1/2 size big and the insoles are not the best so I replaced them with some thick Superfeet work insoles and now the fit is perfect and I get that extra cushion. The outsoles have a really good grip on wet concrete and muddy conditions and the air cushion in the heels help cushion the non stop impact of running. I haven’t been wearing them long enough to attest to the durability of the soles but if some of the other reviews are true than they should hold up for a while. The soles of my New Balance sneakers that I was previously wearing only lasted for 3 months so hopefully I get a lot more mileage out of these. They also look pretty sharp!

I’ve worn these for about a month and a half so far. Comfortable shoe after a week or so of breaking in. At first they where a little uncomfortable in the arch area but not anymore. I work retail and walk many miles a day on concrete for 8 hours 5 days a week. They seem like they are going to be very durable. Plenty of room in the toe box and I love the extra protection with the rubberized toe cap.

My first pair I purchased a couple of years ago at a Navy Exchange. I wore them all the time for various activities and they’ve been great. The sole life will be diminished if you do a lot of pavement pounding so be sure to stick to the trails.The insoles wear down pretty quickly so you’ll want to get some supports.I’ve purchased two more pair from Amazon along with supports for each and am looking forward to hiking some good trials in them.

Update: 10/30/23 Downgraded to three stars. After wearing these shoes for a few weeks, they aren't as comforatable as I expected, to the point that I purchased high quality insoles which I never do. I think the issue is that the shoe design is a little narrow mid-foot, affecting the arch support's position.Been wearing Merrell for years. For the price, they last a long time and stay comfortable to the end. However, only 4 stars because I've noticed the last couple of pairs that sizing and shoe comfort is somewhat inconstant. It feels like Merrell production is cutting some corners.

Ben klasik olsun, günlük olsun ayakkabıda yumuşak tabanlarin rahatlığı için Evo taban aliyorum. Evo tabanlarin en ciddi problemi ise yere değen kısmın kısa sürede yıpranmasıdir. Bu ayakkabida 2 kat taban bulunuyor. Ayağın temas ettiği iç taban Evo taban yumuşak(gri modeldeki siyah taban kısmı), ayağı rahat ettirir. Yere değen taban ise(yine gri modeldeki beyaza yakın taban kısmı) oldukça sert araba lastiği gibi, kolay kolay yipranmaz. Ayakkabıyı almadan araştırıp bu sebeple almıştım zaten.İlk giydigimdeki hissiyat; tam bir Evo taban gibi ayaği yumuşak hissettirmiyor, sert bir taban gibi rahatsız da degil. İkisinin ortası gibi. Tabi bu ayakkabıyı ilk ayağıma giydigimdeki his. YouTube videosunda tabanın bir süre kullanimdan sonra yumuşadıgi yönünde bilgi vardı.(İspanyol bir youtuberin videosu var, altyazı çeviriyor.)Sonuç olarak ilk defa merrel marka ürün aldım, başarılı bulduğumu söyleyebilirim.Ama tekrar belirtmek istiyorum Amazon, kargo işini abarttı, bambaşka bir seviyeye taşıdı. Kapıdan iade alıp, yeni ürünü ertesi gün teslim etmesi takdir şayan.Güncelleme: kapıya gelip alma işi, kargodan kaynaklı sanırım, yapılmadı. Kendim şubeye götürüp hallettim.

Merell markası zaten kalitesi belli.42 numara giyiniyorum.Tam oldu.Memnun kaldım.

Küçük geldi kalıbı

yazlık diye aldım ama serin tutmuyor ayağı ve terletiyor. Havlu çarapla giymeme rağmen. Halbuki seçtiğim başka ayakkabı sırf yazlık değil diye iptal edip bunu seçmiştim. Tabanı da hafif sert.
