Did not find it very useful. The results were also not convincing. The usage is also a hassle moreover not sure about the number of times it can be used effectively. IMHO a good massage oil is a better alternative.

The Ayurvedic Pain Relief Potli provides a natural way to ease joint pain. I love that it uses herbs and is gentle on the skin. It really helps with circulation and gives my body much-needed relief.

Useless Product, Do Not Buy
This potli is useless bundle of garbage. It doesn't retains heat and cloth burns despite spraying wayer on pan and potli. It becomes cool even before you start using it. It's simply a gimmicky bundle of fragrant material tied in a funny shape. It's so hard that neither it touches the hot pan surface nor the body for heating. Absolute wastage of hard earned money as there's no return available.
