Great alternative
Awesome alternative to bread crumbs. As well as using it as a gluten free alternative to rusk for sausage making it also works fantastically as an alternative to bread crumbs for making crumbed chicken , mushrooms or what ever catches your fancy. Definitely recommend as a staple for any gluten free household!
