Works great with the blue that was in my hair, helps it stay like it was freshly dyed for a long time. Hair feels great after and it smells pretty good too. The only downsides, it is pretty expensive and there are ways to use other, much cheaper products to do the same thing and....it can easily dye your hands and shower... I don’t care much about the shower because it did wash off after a good scrub, but with my hands I didn’t notice it until a little after I was fully dried(as I am completely blind without glasses and went to bed right after my shower without putting my glasses on) and the next day even after a deep scrub on my hands after the initial use, they were still stained for a couple days just like if you don’t use gloves when dying hair, stuck in any crack and crevice. So just use gloves if you can’t have your hands colored up.

I have been using this product for over a year now to maintain my blue streaks. This keeps the color vibrant and true. I have had my hair dyed this color for well over a year and a half and the only time I have to redye my hair is when it grows out too much. Well worth the money and time. Would highly recommend for color maintenance.

It'll get your hair blue... And your hands and probably stain your bathtub BUT IT WORKS AND IT WORKS WELL. A couple things I noticed that after 3 days of using it STRAIGHT (along with the "conditioner") you don't need to really use it but maybe once it twice a week cause it'll make your hair greasy. Don't worry it DEFINITELY won't come out after a few regular washes. The water will be blue but it shouldn't dye your tub. The smell also isn't that bad either which is really nice. The blue (after the three days) is really nice and vibrant and gives me Dawn from Pokemon vibes which was my ultimate goal. For background, I have thick Asian hair and the ends were dyed blonde, after 3 days, it was very much blue and I got so many compliments and questions. I really like it and for the price and how long it lasts, I'd say it's definitely worth it if you're not looking for anything permanent.

I was recommended this by my hair stylist in order to keep the blue highlights/ends of my hair vibrant and bright until I see her again for another hair appointment. It's a bit pricey for color depositing conditioner, it has a berry type kind of scent to it and not like a heavy dye or chemical smell. It lathers up well, but it will make you hair feel pretty dry after which i hate, but more condition does help. This product will also stain your hands and anything else it comes in touch with, even the suds from your hair, so it's messy. This product also leaves your hair super vibrant after the application, but it does transfer some over time to different items so keep an eye on that. The only downfall of this product besides drying, is when it does fade out enough, it will leave your hair hints of green, such as swimmers hair after swimming in chlorinated water. Otherwise this is a good product if you plan to upkeep your hair from all the colors that can counteract another color.

I bought this when I had my hair colored blue. This has made a huge difference in the life of my fashion colored hair. It helps keep the blue dark and fresh so much longer than just washing and conditioning. You do have to wear gloves in yoi don't want to stain your nails but that is with any brand. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this to pump up the blue portions of my hair. I have dark hair that was bleached before applying blue dye, but the regular dye fades our pretty quickly for me. This should definitely be applied to bleached hair for the boldest results. I only purchased the conditioner and use it about once a week on my hair while dry, leave it on for about 20 minutes, and then rinse out. It has keep my blue looking great for 2 months now! I was also pleasantly surprised at the nice scent (not a strong, dye-scented conditioner) and that it is not super drying to the hair. I would recommend applying this with latex gloves, as the color is very vibrant and will stain skin.

I wanted to use it a few times before reviewing. My hair was previously balayage, the bleach was killing my hair so I decided to just go all neutral brown. When that faded I felt like adding some blue to spice it up, my hairdresser and I agreed on just putting it on my tips where my neutral brown had faded and some previous blonde (dark) was coming through. After much research I gave this a go but not optimistic since most people say the hair needs to be newly bleached before had. Well it does the job for me! X2 neutral brown over my previous balayage before adding the blue and this product definitely helps keep the blue in! I tried 1 hour set and not much color retained but 2 hours seems to be my magic number. I do add a deep conditioning since it will make your hair slightly dryer after use but I definitely recommend!

I tried this product to maintain my hair color between dye jobs. It deposited some color on my hair (and not much on my skin) but the smell was so strong and unpleasant I wound up tossing it.
