These are good, sturdy tongs for cooking. There not very heavy, but they pick food up well. Overall, there good tongs that we use all the time now!

Nice quality. They are clearly made of good quality stainless steel, the fit and tightness are good. They are thick enough that they don't flex when you squeeze things with them. These have everything but a brand name. I'd recommend then to anyone looking for good quality.

I picked these because they had simple metal tips. Lately it seems I cant seem to find any in stores that don't seem to have some stupid coated plastic, silicone or other wise plane metal tip. Makes me wonder what they're thinking when they make these. These seem to be as good as any with the same problem as pretty much all others. I'm gonna fix this with mine. but they open wide enough to grasp a complete rump roast. If you're barbecuing rump roasts a lot you'll love them. But I unfortunately have to do chicken, hamburgers, sausages, and steaks. So I'll be modifying mine to not open quite so much. But this is pretty much the same issue with all of them. Who knows? Someday the company's that make these might wake up and say maybe we should make the size they open adjustable, because it makes the much easier to use if when you go to sit them down, they don't open to a 90 degree angle. Maybe?? Naaa, it's too obvious. Someone would have done it by now.

They are strong good quality

These tongs are simple to use. They feel sturdy enough to not give in with the firm grip, but not too stiff to be a burden to use. The sizes are adequate. The locking mechanism is firm and easy to use. I can put these in the dishwasher and not worry either, which is great. Food doesn't stick to the tongs very easily, as well as stain-resistant. Overall good purchase.

Good quality and well made solid rings. The locking feature is great which keeps them closed for storage. Very easy to clean and no rust. Stainless steel metallic colour. They have a decent weight but not too heavy

You won't believe til you hold these tongs, to know how heavy & thick they are.

They're tongs. Metal. Don't use 'em for your non-sticks. The locking mechanism is tactile and good to hold position. They can grab things; pretty well I might add. The 12" one can grab things without oil splashing on your hands -- a win in my eyes. Only gripe? First cleaning (unsure if it'll resolve through normal wear and year) - one of tongs were able to rip off a tuft of abrasive sponge. I caught it just before I started to cook with it over high-heat iron skillet; if I hadn't, that abrasive material definitely would have melted into my food. Check the finish people!
