Buy it, it’s easy to do a DIY install.
The media could not be loaded. Great value and very durable. Excellent machinery fits perfectly on my 4Runner and it was easy do install. I am not a mechanic but I watched some YouTube tutorials for this specific brand and I installed the kit myself. My Runner rides the same as before. I recommend it 100%.

Level up!
Great product and exactly what I needed to level out my rig! I reviewed so many products and different sizes but settled on the 3” spacers. It took my 2007 2wd V6 and made it look ready for the trails! (20” Wheels and size 275/55R20 tires didn’t hurt either!) You should expect to pay between $500-$600 to have them installed for you, including alignment, unless you’re handy and up for an afternoon in your driveway. Before and after pics provided.

As advertised and friendly to install with basic tools.
True to advertised lift measurements. Got the 2” leveling kit and it raised the front end 2” exactly. Some of the only bad reviews I’m seeing have to do with the fact that the leveling kit is only 1 inch thick, and the reviewer automatically assumed that it would not lift the front end 2 inches, but it actually does. Due to suspension geometry, a 1 inch spacer on the suspension will indeed lift the front end 2 inches. You’ll even find that it mentions this in the description, if you actually read everything before buying it. Fairly easy to install. You do have to grind down the studs on the struts a little bit so everything sits flush but it’s really not a big deal to do. Definitely recommend a front end. Alignment after installation, and potentially aftermarket upper control arms if the alignment doesn’t adjust the camber. I plan on adding a 100 lb after market front center guard in the next week, which should weight on my suspension enough to get rid of the positive camber I have now. Pretty happy with it overall

1.5in, 05 Gx470, within .5-.75 inch of level to rear
2005 gx470, you will have to use angle grinder to cut factory coilover studs. I had aftermarket coilovers and they came with shorter studs so no need for my application. 1.5 in kit used, lifted front to within .5-.75 inches level with the rear (measuring from floor to fender). 2 inch kit would have most likely made completely level. I went with 1.5 because I wanted to avoid a possibly squatted look with a trunk full or car full of passengers (may not have occurred). Also wanted to avoid suspension issues, over stressing coilovers with stock bump stops. Cv axles remained level, other components did not seem overly stressed. It was more difficult to get coilover into lower bracket when spacer installed, got a buddy to step on lower control arm, that allowed for easy fitting of coilover and ability to put bolt in place. Ride quality felt smooth, front end felt a little more lifted while driving, time will tell if any concerns arise. Did not get an alignment, will pay attention to tires over next 100 miles to see any noticeable issues. Obviously anytime you alter the factory suspension in anyway it will cause components to wear out faster and an alignment is the best practice, but hey.

Nice kit but be prepared for modification
I put a hidden winch on my 2016 Tacoma TRD and it dropped the front end about 3/8 inch. I decided to install this kit to bring the front end back up and about an inch higher than stock. It worked out great. The reason for the lower rating is due to the fact that cutting or grinding the studs on the strut tower is required, at least on third generation Tacomas and I would think others too. The studs are longer than the spacer and in order to have the spacer sit flush with the strut mount on the truck about 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch on each of the three upper strut mount bolts required grinding, to the point of grinding a small portion of the original nuts that are reused to mount the spacer to the strut. This definitely adds time and necessary tools to the installation. The instructions that come with the kit are lacking detail and do not mention cutting or grinding. It helps to have a pitman arm puller to get the upper control arm ball joint to break free. I like the final result but anyone purchasing this needs to know that unless you buy a kit with a taller spacer you will be cutting/grinding.
