Amazing product using it everyday

Not good
I have used this for over a year now and this thing is absolutely useless. It will find tiny little things to get stuck on. The sweeper on it has already broke once. It often fails to find its way back to the base station. In which case I have to do trial and error for it to get charged. And many cheaper models have two sweepers but this one only has one. And with the app it is really pain to use this device. I have had robots that are not as smart and they were way more useful than this one. I regret my purchase terribly.

Its been 4days since i got it, looks like good for vacuum, mopping is just par, dragging mop cloth around, no proper coverage

Good vacuum cleaning, worst mopping.
Only vacuum mode is good. Mopping is a worst nightmare. Not recommended if you r looking mainly mopping purpose.

Worst decision ever
App keeps having issues, the mopping feature stopped working after few months only due to some kind of issue with the water tank, and tehre are no replacement parts for it from this seller and 0 support/warranty claims assistance
