Well I waited 3 weeks to write a review. Burn Evolve 2.0 did indeed help me loose weight and reduced my BMI. I couldn't get under 145lbs (I'm now 140lbs), I couldn't get my PBF under 24% (I'm 19%). Now I do weight train 3-4 times a week and I have a high protein diet already and I still couldn't get my numbers where I wanted them. As soon as I got my package I started taking 2 pills a day in the am with my morning breakfast or shake. My energy level was great NOW what I want to see is when I finish the bottle will the numbers go back up or will I be able to maintain what I have.

This product works because you eat less.

I have had really good experiences with this product. Gives more energy. However I would start gradually with the number of pills you take cuz you can get the hyper buzzed feeling. Also take with food can tend to hose your stomach

I wanted to use this supplement and read through many reviews to make sure that the caffeine content didn't cause jitters. Well it did for me, also sleepless nights. It may be that I'm just too sensitive to caffeine. I only took 1 capsule in the morning for a little over a week before I decided to stop taking it.

I found this to be a great weight loss solution
