The very first time I used this (last night) the rotary rods do not stay in place. They fall out and staying in place is very crucial considering a tumbler has to turn for 4 hours. I had to tape the rods with packing to use it. That is not acceptable. Also, the very next time I used it (which it is actually going right now with a second coat on the same tumblers, it is a making a very high pitched squeaking noise. It is coming from inside the mechanical part of it. I do not know if WD40 would help that or if it would even be a good idea or safe to spray that in there. This product will absolutely not work for me. I am highly disappointed. Now I will have to purchase a different one and delay my start when I am trying to get ready for a craft show.

I love these, I can work on 2 tumblers at once, they turn great and reverse if needed.

The media could not be loaded. It does the job. I like the 2 switches so if you're only making 1 cup you don't have 2 spinning. I also like the convient placement of the switches. I like the reverse mode. This feature helps to make cool designs when swirling alcohol inks or mica powders. What I don't like is that 1 turner spins a lot slower than the other. When using a torch to pop micro bubbles it takes twice as long to spin around. I try to make the best of this "feature" (faulty) by using the slow side when doing more complicated designs. Usually I'm making 2 identical cups so it is a pain to wait for the cup to come around so much slower to drop my colors.That said it still gets the job done. I don't notice a difference in the overall outcome of the cups between the slow and regular spin.

so easy to set up and I love being able to do two cups in matching colors at the same timeyet the paint is slightly different.I bought a single one then invested in the double. So glad I did

Not too sure about this item. 1st the item had scratches as if it was used and it was purchased as new. 2nd the pvc pipes looked cleaned off not new, not cut well, some are too short and did not fit well In The turner kind of loose. Could possibly cause falling issue with project. 3rd the 3-4rmp side makes a popping noise.

Bought this after one use the screws where falling out. If you don't use the poles that came with it your stuff falls off the turner.

Waited to review until after speaking with the seller, as the first unit I recieved had a defect in 2 of the 4 turners where they wouldn't turn properly, rendering them useless for epoxy.I've been using the first machine (the 2 turners that work) for a couple weeks now and have had zero issues with them. They do run a little faster than my old machine but that's a personal preference more than anything.After contacting the seller they sent out a new machine which I finally put together today and it works perfectly so I'm giving this item 5 stars because I understand that anything mass produces can have lemons, and the seller worked quickly to send me a replacement for the defective item. Super impressed with my new machine for the price!

I bought this knowing that vevor is usually a good brand. After my second cup it started doing this with grinding. I contacted customer service and they were able to come up with the solution that we were both happy with. Customer service was great and I’m happy with my turner

I had zero issues putting this together, instructions were very clear & it works beautifully. Couldn’t be happier
