Finally parts that went together smoothly
This was my third attempt to get a product that had bolts that screwed in smoothly. This helps out greatly!! Product was shipped quickly.

Cut the existing bracket don't replace it
Works like a charmInstalled in about an hour I also cut the existing bracket as others have I used an angle grinder and it worked great. It was a bit difficult getting a wrench up there to tighten up the bolts but having patience helps

Works but need to remove few parts
Works as advertised. Just a word of advice for 2024 sr5 owners out there: in order for the step to properly fit you will need to remove the metal mounting brace adjacent to the hitch that is referred to in the manual. After installing the step, reinstall the mounting brace. If you do not remove this brace prior to the installation, the step WILL NOT fit.

Great fit to 2021 Tundra
Great fit to my 2021 Tundra. Pretty easy to install.

Fits 2024 Tundra, but not easily
It fit my 2024 tundra, but there were issues. There is a bolt that needs to go through the hitch frame that has to be unscrewed to provide clearance enough to fit the piece into the square end of the hitch frame. You either have to take off the bumper, Support or find a way to screw in the bolt after you insert the piece. We solve this by tying a piece of fishing string to the bottom of the bolt, sneaking it through the hole and fitting the piece in. We then twisted the fishing string to twist the bolt through the hole so we had enough clearance to grab onto it and finish, twisting it all the way through so we could get the nut attached. This may have been wrong, but unfortunately, the seller of this product would not return my messages for product support after we were able to get that bolt through the hole. The rest was easy and the product works fine.
